Tropigo (operated by KLD Smile Kft.) only receives your name and email address when you sign in using Facebook or Google. We use this information solely to identify your account.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, send an email to hello@tropigo.app with the subject line “Data deletion”, using the email address you registered with.

We will delete your account and the associated data, including your name, email address, device data, and login data, within 30 days. Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

You can also disconnect Tropigo from your Facebook account by navigating to: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Tropigo → Remove.

Issued invoices must be retained for 8 years in accordance with Hungarian accounting law. These invoices are not affected by your data deletion request.
